that's the first tuktuk man that drove us to MBK center.
tuktuks are damn cool! just that when it's raining, the drivers should totally invest in plastic blinds, so that customers won't get WET.
which was what happened to me ):

ANYWAY, this driver is damn reckless.
he drives at like what 140km/h or something.
which is seriously fast for such a small vehicle. lol.
we tried taking photos on the ride, but since the vehicle was travelling so fast, we needed several attempts to get one's that reasonably ok.

the SHOPPING TRIPS are usually accompanied with great perseverence and NO LUNCH.

it only comes to a temporary end when we go back to the hotel to deposit all the bags, before trooping out again. :D

the food there is DAMN CHEAP for a restaurant.
like say 55 baht for 1 plate of noodles.

the chrysanthemum tea comes in huge glasses like these for only 25 baths!
we don't get such deals in singapore man.


the waiters stand on these stools to collect the food for serving.
BTW. the WAITER who served us has a perfect model figure.
correction: he has a figure that's better than a model's, since most models aren't busty plus they have no butt LOL.
wonder how much he spent to get one like that.
the only thing that ruined the whole image was when he opens his mouth.

after MBK (which was slightly disappointing)
we went back to pratunam, only to find that food stalls were currently being set up, and all the goods ones are closing for the day.

they are damn sweet and cheap!(we should have eaten them fresh!)

well, FB&i both love our durians cold and frozen.

we continued our quest in chaktuchat market the next day,
only to be damn disappointed.
cos 15000 shops at one place is just TOO MUCH.
and i seriously think the market underwent severe inflation,
seemingly cause all tourists go there.
since it's like a must-stop-by tourist attraction place.
it rained too. (!!)
so we decided to get to dry land- centre world plaza.
we ate our dinner at


(lunch was conveniently ousted)
once again, i shall voice my disappointment in the FOOD.
omg. thai standards seem to have dropped since the last time i went there.






still i have to laud Yum&Tum for their really nice ambience&deco (:

as it was still raining after dinner, we had desserts! :D

all 3 of us went for the Royal Traditional Thai Massage at Spa Buri too!
as a hotel guest, we had a special rate of 550B for 1 hour. (SGD25)(!)
it was DAMN GOOD.
the next time i go to BKK i'll get another massage, and maybe go for a spa or two.
