i feel like im changing up from gear 1 all the way to gear 5 just a in one or two days. and yes it's gonna be overdrive, but then again, a hectic life suits me. ha. i'm actually looking forward to going CNY shopping with my mom. lol. i realise i have this thing for grocery shopping. LOL. i think NTUCs and COLD STORAGES are nice places, and i always spend a long time walking around in it. especially the baking sections. heh. (:

anyway yes. the chocolate caramel slice turned out nice. (well done francis! :D) GGXX. and the white chocolate cheesecake turned out a perfect round. it's really the first time i managed to bake a round cake, and not have that much trouble getting the entire round cake out of the stupid tin. lol. i'm still looking for the hollow kind where by i can just bake on the tray, so i don't have to unstick the base from the bottom of the tin! but anyway BAKE WRAPS are cool stuff.

CHARIS&CHARLENE are coming back! YAY. i really miss having them around and just hanging out. but then again, i won't have the time. weekends have become more precious (quoting from greg) looking forward to the CHIJMES outing with the councilors on sat night :D and the reunion with before that. andand the re-reunion before the reunion. HAHA. we're gonna pull through.
