"To everything there is a season,
a time for every purpose under heaven.
A time to plant
and a time to pluck what is planted.
A time to break down,
and a time to build up.
A time to weep,
and a time to laugh."
[Ecc 3:1-4]

Women are always aware of their bodies. Changes within our hormonal balances are always sending us signals that can affect moods, strength levels, and even our perceptual capacities. There is a tendancy for many women to fight depression in the fall of the year, this sentence reminded me that Psalm 1 suggests that we are all to be like trees planted by a stream- trees which bear fruits "in...season."

The insight? That even trees don't flower and bear fruit all the time- only in season. But Man seem to think that we should be bearing fruit all the time; we punish ourselves when we're not. how true, how true.

i'm really missing the times i spent in school. not the studying part obviously, but the times when i just sat in the tree houses with phoon, xunny, keefe&des to play bridge or just eat. The times i had to rush to school early in the morning for morning duty: MAKTAB! :( slacking in the council room during breaks and after school, or even rushing to finish a project for the next event. The cheering sessions behind LT5, the late nights in school with the RS. sigh.

BUT. i'm not saying that i don't like life now. hohoho. i'm still waiting for the club to give me a call, if not i'll start looking for another job. so in the meantime- i'm staying at home and watching all the shows that i wanna watch. and doing what i want to do.
