two years have flown past in the twinkle of the eye. in these past 2 years, there are many things that i will never be able to forget. first and foremost, my very source of laughter and fun: xunai, phoon, keefe and desmond.


i remember people asking me this "when did the two of you get to know each other?" and when i answered "on the day that we met our senior class", they were shocked, because we were much closer than a few days worth of friendship proves to be. indeed, i don't know what life in class will be like if it weren't for xunny!:) i still remember her coming up to me to clarify my name. lol.


my proud companions(: the laughter that these 4 brought me sums up most of the laughter i had in vj. we've been through crap, and i trust that our friendship will hold on strong. now that phoon is already in NS, soon it'll be des and keefe's turn. and soon xunai will go over to australia. :( i will really miss you guys.

i'll never regret joining council as well. at first, i was inspired by my sister, a massdance i/c, a redshirt, a fellow councilor! and yes, i did seem to follow in her footsteps: a massdance i/c, a redshirt, a sdd adhoc i/c and a feeco member. the only difference is that she was from openhouse adhoc.


my beloved adhoc. we slogged, and took all the crap and shit that the admin, teachers and the entertainment companies gave us. even though it's over, i still look back at times when we were all so busy. this group is more of a family to me then just an adhoc.

and of course, my 2 best friends, huilin and sonia. there's really nothing we can't talk about. and i'm so glad we all like shopping. LOL.

quoting sonia: life now is good. i stayed at home since monday, watching dvds. i finally finish watching huan zhu ge ge. lol. yes yes. its CHINESE and an old old show. but the thing that struck me while watching this show is that the love that the people had for people around them were just so pure and true. now wait, this love is not just romantic love. it encompasses family, friends and yes romantic love. lol. its hard to find such love around anymore.

anyway, i decided to make a shoe catalouge of all my shoes- heels, sport shoes, flats, boots, slippers. haha. i've about 32 in total i think. urgh. but i can't help it, i simply adore shoes. lol. especially HEELS. i really do wanna get that pair from aldo, but its freaking $129. blah. it's alright, i'll continue looking around. heh. :D

and yes, christmas is coming! its my favourite season of the year, and this year- i'm going to enjoy it to my utmost! why? because
1. my whole family is finally able to spend christmas together after don't know how many years! and yes, i mean a family of 6. it's really precious because jess is in australia, annabel is a doctor with a very irregular night calls timetable and my brother is in NS.
2. this year marks the end of my tertiary education. which means, no matter what, it's the end of aimless studying.
3. i have about half a year more to play, work and do the things i want! of course not counting the receiving of my A level results in march. urgh. shan't think about it.

and so, i've spent the days shopping, vegetating in front of the tv, doing cross stitch, sleeping, attending weddings, prom, clubbing, and solitude. yes, i do believe that time spent with oneself is very important. lol. i'm almost done with my christmas shopping, just left one or two, hmmm. it's time to shop for myself! :D there's the party at john's to look forward to, mahjong session on the 27th, the countdown part on the 31st and in between, all the meeting ups! :)

life now is bliss.
