the best thing i got out of the 3d2n guides camp this year is, actually being able to see 2 shooting stars, from the outdoor basketball court in nanyang at 2.30am. i thought a chance like that would be most unlikely, ever since i saw my first shooting star, at the same place and around the same time.

but for now, all i know is that- i'm zonked. i've not catch a wink since 8.45am yesterday. and what was i doing up all night?
1. baking cookies using a traditional outdoor oven, which is made of a cardboard box wrapped in aluminum foil, with heat provided from charcoal, and takes 1 hour to bake cookies which actually only requires 8 minutes.
2. cooking porridge. my first ever attempt- and a flop one. well it wasn't all that a flop, just that we got the sequence of the steps all mixed up and got somebody very upset. sigh. ohwell. it's all over.

in case you're wondering: i spent the night of 141205 and the morning of 151205 baking cookies at camp christine, and the night of 161205 and the morning of 171205 cooking porridge.

and now i'm still at alvin's house blogging, while phoon and sam plus cam are watching vcd. lol. talk about sleep. i need it badly.
