been reading other people's blogs. have to agree with chuah. people have been feeling gloomy nowadays. and sometimes i am of no exception.

regarding his post. emotions. something so vulnerable, personal, and precious. i agree wholeheartedly. no it isn't called a facade. it's just. choosing not to show. making it hard for people to understand you? yes. making you unpredictable? yes(: i'm not weird! have to stand my ground on that, eccentric maybe, but definitely not weird.

but then again, how can you ever know that someone is a person that you can trust with all your heart and soul? pouring yourself out to him or her, isn't as simple as some people put it as. it's easier for some to just bare their hearts out, whereas for some, it's just so hard. not that it's inadmissable, but it's just. don't know how to put it. when can you ever know that someone is not a hypocrite who will take your emotions and throw it else where?

emotions have been abused by many, time and again. people get hurt in relationships, all kinds of relationships, [i'm not just referring to boy-girl relationships] isn't it all due to people pouring out what they have inside, but in the end find that all these were being thrown away by the other party, or told to others without consent. then it becomes not private anymore. no longer personal.

maybe we should review how we handle such a thing called emotions.

our emotions.
...

chuah, you're not emotionally retarded! at least you're one guy that i can relate to.(:
