i love long midnight talks(: had one with lowly the other day. okay maybe not that midnight, but still long telephone calls((: caught up with her and even managed to share something that was weighing on my mind for a long time. in fact, i haven't been able to bring myself to telling anyone, and then i told her(: it was just like a load off my chest and i'm feeling much better now. sigh. some stuff in life may seem so simple, but yet complicated. you'll never know til you're in the same situation huh? ohwell. whatever.

i baked my speciality dish yesterday- cheesecake. this time i decided not to use oreo cookies as the crust cause someone said it was nicer to use digestive biscuits. lol. so yup. and i didn't add in the chocolate chips. so it's pure cheesecake. decorated it with strawberries, chocolate and waffle biscuit. so here's the result:

hehe. i'm proud of the cake that i baked!((: hee. someone said:
"wah,thank goodness i didn't see your cheesecake last night,or i won't be able to sleep! :) looks so good! i want the whole thing! =p" lol. bringing it to school on monday for everyone to try(: hope you guys like it though.=/ anyway will be baking this for this saturday's reception! looking forward to it, and catching up with all my guides peers again!((:

oh i was eating ice kachang with charis and alvin the other time. i made a tunnel through the ice kachang and it looks like this:



lol. charis and alvin was so appalled. -.- and alvin managed to get a good picture of it with the tunnel showing clearly! hehe. i remembered the person who taught me to do this was my dad((:
my dad owns. when i was young, he would take the 4 of us to eat ice kachang- different ones with strawberry,mango, durian toppings. and we would all start making tunnels with our ice kachang while eating. lol. heyy. it's not that easy okay! it requires skill! lol(: i miss those days. blah.

you know what. i don't understand why people can't seem to accept the fact that there are such things such as platonic relationships. like it's so irritating when people always assume that a guy and a girl are together because people caught them going out one on one or just seeing them together. like so dots. ohwell. shan't be bothered with such people.
