<body>

finally i managed to get a scroll bar for the stupid chatterbox thing! =/ i sux at computer stuff anyway..amanda should know. =/ hahha. it's a rainy and cold day today, but i still think i'm gonna have a great day ahead! hehx.

now i'm waiting for dearest ming to finish up her compostion so that we can go out for lunch! (: then later i'll be going for church and then cell group at night. hehx. so the activities lined up for today is by far too good to be true. (: howw. i still don't know whether or not i should just take up dance. =/ hahha. CCA wise, i said before i wasn't too sure. but anyway i did sign up for dance lahh. though vjc dance isn't exactly very impressive..yup.

then again, there's student council! application will start next week..and the elections will be held at then end of january starting feb. so early rightt!! urgh. the intense and taxing system of choosing new full-fledge councilors goes this way:

1) all who applied go through a series of intense interviews by the j2 councilors. [this sounds exactly like PGA.] =/
2) then when they seaved out those that the j2s chose the remaining will then go through something called "house elections." all of us are already sorted into our different houses, so the ones that actually decide whether or not you become a councilor is your house. so most importantly, your house people can't hate you. =/ then for the house elections, you will have this CT walkabout whereby you go into different CTs and have Q&A session to convince people to vote for you. [sounds so ego. don't have confidence in this btw..it's scary facing so many people you don't know.=/] after that you'll have to give a speech in front of your whole house. [sounds so ego again.] ...........
3) then IF you get elected by your house, you'll be called "elects". elects will then go through rounds of intense training by the j2 councilors before they decide whether or not to promote you as full-fledge councilors.

yup. so there's the procedure. i'm feeling quite sick now to think of it. but apart from SC, i really don't know what CCA to join.=/ probably cause i got too influenced by my second sister that i feel that no other CCA can be as fun as SC. ........=/ okok. i'm starting to realise how stupid i sound. urgh. right.

committement, i'm ready to give.

school starts next week, and so will the start of the scary elections.
