yup. camp lasted 3 days 2 nights. all my friends thought that it was crazy having camp over the weekend. but oh well, what other choice do we have? anyway, i was really worried that i would not be able to make it for camp, cause i was sick. fell sick on thursday, then ng msged me and told me that she was worried and wanted a doctor to diagnose me so that she can confirm that i can go for camp bLah bLah blah..so i wento the doc on friday morning. actually wanted to go see the doc on thursday afternoon, but i ended up sleeping throughout the whole afternoon after taking medicine that my mom gave me.=/ was so relieved when the doc told me that i was fit enough to go for camp, but he said that for sure my condition will worsen if i go. but what choice do i have man.

left school around 3.45pm on friday, was actually quite excited. hmm. reached there around 4+++pm and we started unloading the stuff. give you a clue as to what we load onto the bus, well, twigs and more twigs, punk, more and more gadget poles, all our food stuff and other pioneering materials. and not to mention, all our own personal belongings. the bus driver was really shocked as to how much we had to load and unload, and in the end, we caused him to be late for pickin up the kids from school, but nvm! he called up his boss to ask send another bus down.

after bringing all our barangs to our lodge, we went to the shed to pitch up our tents. we had to do it fast as dusk was falling and soon we won't be able to see anything at all. the tent is really huge. okay, maybe not so after pitching it up, but it's really heavy and it has in all 38 pegs to support it, and 3 uprights. which tent needs 3 uprights man? this one does. anyway, ng demonstrated with the sec3s cause she wanted sec4s to observe and learn. the process is quite simple, is the doing part that needs to be meticulous. if not, all the angles will be out, and the tent might not be able to stand for 3 days. took 2 hours to put up the tent, guess we were really slow=/ sigh.

dinner was way behind schedule, so we scrapped the song session and free time, but went for our bath and had dinner. sec4s managed to put up our shoe rack and clothes line that night.=) but baggage rack would have to wait til the next day. we had homework time and then COH. luckily ng didn't talk for too long, at least she didn't debrief as long as last year's camp, which means that we were able to sleep earlier than usual.=)

felt really terrible when i woke up. didn't sleep well the night before, and i totally lost my voice. i sounded like a frog when i opened my mouth to ask panny a question. was wrapped up in my sweater, and trackpants, with socks on. weijie complained that she was hot, but no kidding. i was freezing.=/ even when the sun rose after breakfast i still felt cold. =/ today started off really bad, cause basically i didn't have the energy to do anything and i didn't feel like doing anithing, really felt like going back to the tent to sleep. =(

ng was really sadistic. she was all so excited when she finished preparing the tasks for our Be Prepared tasks, she said something like it was suppose to train us to be more resourceful. and she was grinning away and when she gave us our tasks, she went, "quick scream! *grinz*" hahas..that shows how sadistic our guider can actually get. but really, i'm super impressed with ng and i think without her, nygg will not be able to sustain. hEex.

prepared for our tasks, mine was with panny and deborah. not to mention, it's not the best task at all, conduct a plc workshop to suit the personailities of the sec3 cohort. ah. like what can we do for that? oh man. think that all the sec3s felt that it was boring..lalalas. fell asleep on the floor with panny halfway through studying our pioneer notes. oh. ng gave us a shock and said that mr gazali wanted to test our firelighting that afternoon, and all of us were like really scared.
but surprisingly, all of us did well=) tnx God. really. i think that i could sustain throughout camp without breaking down, and passing my pioneer test all on the first round is really God's work. wOo~ than it started pouring while sec3s were having outdoor cooking. guess what. ng was left out in the rain alone at the outdoor cooking area! that wasn't suppose to be the case, cause, even if ng ask us to go running for sheltar, but at least we must ensure that she gets into the sheltar first. was actually kinda pissed off when i saw her trying to put off all the fire when all the sec3s were actually running for sheltar. i don't blame the sec4s, 4 were still continue doing their test while the rest went to help close all the tent doors. so wento help her, and she told me to ask sec4s settle the pits and went off. she fell sick! hais. i learnt something from here, anyone can fall sick in the camp but not the guider! if not, the whole camp can't really function properly le. this was when i began to really realise that without ng, nygg will never be able to function properly.=/

it continued pouring so ng made it bath time. the sec4s were really nice, they made melissa n me bath us so as to prevent us from falling even more sick. bleah. kk. shall elaborate more on camp the next time. took my cough medicine not too long ago and im feeling really drowsy now.=/ bleah.

hoping by all hopes that i will get well soon. oh yah. i went for a checkup today for my back. the doctor confirmed that it was not only the muscle but it has something to do with the bone. =( and he gave me 2 weeks of mc from pe and advises me not to take my physical fitness test at the end of the month. =/ urgh. im leading a miserable life! ='(
