ystd was jeannette's baptism day.=) dad n mom allowed me to go for service since it wasnt just like any other service, it was a special baptism service. =) reached church at around 4.30pm, sharon and jeannette has already gone in for the briefing. so i met joanna, jang and jiarong in kfc. i got lilies for jeannette, since that was her favourite flowers.=D wahah! i got it out of her in the pretext that i needed her advice on what kind of flowers i can give to a friend. a lot of jeannette's friends came for service that day. her brothers, her nus friends, and of course, her cell members.=) we occupied 3 rows in the auditorium, which was a really amazing thing since one row consisted of like 15 seats. wahahha!

sevice started. actually i feel like i'm rather in a way drawn away from God, but in another way i felt that i needed Him. raH- i dun understand what i'm trying to say anyway. oh whatever. was kind of distracted by somebody's presence. who happened to be like sitting right behind me. haiya. oh! my hair was like really wavy. and it was poom-ded. it was all thanks to me tying my hair into two braids for 2 days as i had to wear my guide uniform. but now it's alright again.=) after washing it twice it came down as original. YaY~

we went for dinner at jeannette's house after service. his brother fetched us back. james, her elder brother was in medicine, nus, year 2. coincidence~ my sister is in medicine, nus, year 4. but i don't think my sis knows him, since i feel that seniors usually can't recognise and remember juniors name, maybe for a year's difference it's still possible, but for 2 years and above, forget about it. take footdrill as an example, til now i still can't get the names of all the sec2s right.=/ her second brother, wei ren, this year in hcjc, same class as jang! wahahha! i hope to get a bro-in-law soon. oh! he won the cutest baby award when he was young. haha! so cute.=) he came in 2nd though, but that's not bad already.

we tried to harmonise our song while waiting for sharon to make her way here. the rest of jeannette's guest ate first. we sat out on the balcony, n started singing. it was really hard trying to harmonise without the piano.=/ so we only managed to do 2 lines!=/ then we asked jeannette for her guitar so that we could try singing with it. joanna is really musically inclined, i can't find someone else who can play the guitar and piano both so beautifully. but she couldn't figure out the bridge ystd, so we skipped that part. we tried harmonising til sharon came.

sharon reached jeannette's condominium at around 9pm. we finally settled down for dinner. as they were too many people around, we couldn't really have fellowship, so we just chit-chatted. then i taught jeannette how to tune her guitar. i got her a tuner...=) since it was really inconvenient of her when she needed to lead worship but could never ensure that the guitar was tuned properly without joanna there. so heres the tuner gal! now you can manage praise and worship smoothly.=)

dad came and pick me up. reached home at arounf 10.15pm. was tired out, not to mention that yesterday was really hectic, and i was really in need of sleep, so i showered, tried to do my work but ended up falling asleep at the table. about half an hour of snooze i finally woke up and dragged myself into bed.

-i told God that i was and am still waiting for the day when i'll be the one standing up there, in the pool of water, waving down towards you guys before Sharon says a prayer for me and baptise me in the water. it's a day that i have been longing for, for a long long long time.-
